Peppermint & Strawberry Non-Alcoholic Iced Tea
A fresh twist on an old classic. Like a non-alcoholic Pimms, this refreshing drink would work perfectly over those summer weeks when you’re after something just a little bit different.
So simple to make, a pitcher of this thirst-quenching iced tea in the fridge provides something unique to savour on those long summer days!

Ingredients

4 | Twinings Peppermint & Strawberry teabags |
200ml | Hot water |
Handful mint leaves | |
500ml | Lemonade |
Strawberries, cucumber and mint to garnish |
Method
- Pop the kettle on and brew four Peppermint and Strawberry teabags in 200ml water.
- Leave to brew for three minutes. Remove the tea bags and leave to cool.
- Once cooled, pour the tea into a pitcher or jug and top up with lemonade
- Garnish with fresh strawberries, a sprig of mint and ice.
